LOFOT SKREI
Fresh, first-quality Lofoten skrei is produced during the period of January
to April at our packaging station in
Napp (N-288).
The fishermen from the region have extensive experience in handling the
fish in a proper manner to ensure
quality at every stage.
The skrei is packed in polystyrene boxes with ice and shipped in various sizes to the European market.

SKREI FROM THE
BARENTS SEA
Every winter, the spawning-ready skrei migrates from the Barents Sea to Lofoten to spawn. Fishermen from across the region gather around the archipelago to take part in the traditional Lofoten fishery.
At our landing station, Napp Seafood, we unload loads of fresh skrei onto the dock, which is then processed into stockfish, salted fish, and dried cod heads.

ROE FROM SKREI
In the Nordic region, skrei caviar is a highly popular product. To achieve the best quality in the finished caviar, we adhere to an old tradition.
We use oak barrels during the maturation process, which imparts the original aroma to the roe. This method ensures the highest quality for our caviar.
