Fillet of smoked trout in filo pastry cracker with ruccola, cream of goat cheese and green apple slices. Topped with dill and trout caviar.

Traditional soaked cod loin from Lofoten Seafood baked with roasted couliflower, salsa of fresh marinated cherry tomatoes and fresh herbs. Topped with basil.
